Tenuta Santa Maria, owned by brothers Giovanni and Guglielmo Bertani, is a prestigious winery nestled in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica region. The main estate in Negrar features the historic Villa Mosconi, an elegant 18th-century villa that serves as the centerpiece for crafting the region's celebrated wines, particularly Amarone and Valpolicella. The winery combines classical winemaking methods with sustainable practices, using indigenous grape varieties such as Corvina, Rondinella, and Oseleta. Tenuta Santa Maria also produces wines from other vineyards in Verona, including Soave, as well as exclusive crus made from Merlot and Chardonnay.
