The strong points are undoubtedly the Risottos, creamy as the Venetian tradition requires: from the timeless Risotto alla Veneta with knife-cut pork, to the Risotto with Frogs, now a gem almost impossible to find in the area. To satisfy delicate tastes we offer Risotto alla Boscaiola with Pumpkin, Nettles and Mushrooms or Risotto with Red Radicchio di Verona PGI with Scamorza.
Trattoria alla Mola What you can find with us Our restaurant is located in a strategic point of the Lower Veronese area. From Sustinenza, where we are, it is a moment to reach Casaleone, Cerea but also to move towards the municipalities that look towards Lombardy such as Nogara, Ostiglia.
We are known for our genuine dishes, which taste of authenticity: we rely on local producers, we enhance the products of our land, the aromas and flavors of tradition in a welcoming environment, in full contact with the countryside that surrounds us.
To take a further step towards our future version, we are focusing our efforts on two key themes: environment and innovation. Our goal is to reach an even higher level of connection with the surrounding environment, one more reason to believe in us. Since our place is immersed in the Venetian countryside, we thought of using this feature to create traveling tourism opportunities for those who visit our area.
On foot, by bike...each mode fits perfectly with what surrounds us. We want to instill in regular customers and tourists who frequent the areas of the District the curiosity to approach the areas of the territory in a different way, slower and in contact with nature. Taking advantage of the now nearby Ostiglia-Treviso cycle path, ours represents an excellent intermediate point in which to take a break, sip a glass of excellent wine, enjoy a good dish and set off to discover what our territory can offer.
