The dishes offered are made using mainly ingredients from organic crops pr distributed by social cooperatives particularly attentive to enviroment and social sustainability.

Among these, Cooperativa Multiforme and Cascina AlbaTerra which, through the years, have committed to promoting work reintegration of people in difficulty, as well as protecting the ecosystem thanks to the use of organic cultivation and breding methos in the Soave area.

The Locanda also offers overnight accomodation: three nice and comfortable bedrooms from which you can enjoy a priceless view of the Val d'Alpone.
