The Tourist Office of Verona is located in the city center, on the main floor of the Town Hall, next to the Arena and a few minutes away from the imposing Palazzo della Gran Guardia. The operators with courtesy and dedication are available to inform users about the beautiful Verona and its surroundings, the artistic beauties, but also about ways of transport, guided tours and activities outside the classic routes, all in a dynamic land. The office is open all year round.

The IAT office will be open in a reduced form on Sunday 17 November 2024, at the Lapidario Maffeiano museum in piazza Bra nr. 28, from 10:00 am until 4:30 pm.Opening times
JANUARY-FEBRUARY-NOVEMBER-DECEMBER:
Monday-Saturday: 9.00 a.m.-5.00 p.m.
Sunday and holidays: 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
MARCH-APRIL-MAY-JUNE-SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER:
Monday-Saturday: 9.00 a.m.-6.00 p.m.
Sunday and holidays: 10.00 a.m.-5.00 p.m.
JULY-AUGUST:
Monday-Saturday: 9.00 a.m.-7.00 p.m.
Sunday and holidays: 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Closed on 25 December and 1 January.
