The Church of Sant'Andrea Apostolo is located in Ossenigo and to reach it you just have to climb the steep hill that leads from the village to Monte Corno.
It is a small building of Romanesque origin. The current church was rebuilt in its current form in the second half of the 18th century. to replace an existing building of worship.
Externally, the building is in neoclassical style. Bell tower leaning against the northern side of the church. Planimetric layout with a single rectangular hall, and quadrangular raised presbytery of two steps concluded with a semi-elliptical apse; along the sides of the nave two side semi-chapels welcome the altar of the Immaculate Conception, on the right side, and the altar dedicated to the Madonna of the Rosary, on the opposite side. The internal elevations, adorned with pictorial works and statues inserted inside niches, are punctuated by composite pilasters, on which the high top entablature is set; the side chapels are introduced by arches framed by the order; in the center of the apse wall is the altarpiece depicting St. Andrew the Apostle.
The classroom is covered by a barrel vault, marked by smooth transverse ribs; the presbytery is surmounted by a ribbed vault decorated with murals. Two-pitched roof with load-bearing wooden structure and brick roof. The nave is paved with red ammonite marble tiles and white-pink nembro; the floor of the presbytery is characterized by a geometric composition consisting of square and rectangular slabs in Verona red marble, black marble and biancone marble.
