The village of Negrar di Valpolicella extends over an area of about 50 square km and offers an interesting landscape.
The country is typified by ancient hamlets, the so-called contrade, modem residential areas, a varied landscape with fields, woods and damp areas rich in vegetation and connecting the different ridges of the hills.
In this beautiful natural context there are many architectural examples of historical and artistic interest.
The Regional Institute of Venetian villas has recently filed and described over 20 examples of villas within Negrar di Valpolicella.
This project to rediscover the historical paths of the territory should be the first step to the upgrading of parts this land which have been often forgotten, since the preservation of our land starts from its knowledge and evaluation as a unique and precious common good.
