S.I.M.- Shakespeare Interactive Museum

The SIM is the first interactive museum dedicated to William Shakespeare that offers visitors a path to get to know one of the most important authors of European culture, living a unique, immersive and interactive experience. It is an experience with a high rate of creativity and technology, where visitors will experience the thrill of interacting, thanks to technology, with the characters of the tragedy of "Romeo and Juliet" and will be able to watch Juliet's theatrical performance who tells its tragic story.
1st Part: Introduction and historical framework on Shakespeare and Verona by Solimano Pontarollo, Artistic Director of the Shakespeare Interactive Museum.
2nd Part: Visitors, in groups of maximum 5 people, are called to interact with a large screen which, thanks to the use of latest generation cameras, reads their movements and returns the images of the characters of the tragedy: Giulietta, Romeo, Tebaldo, Mercutio, Papà Capuleti, Balia, Benvolio.
3rd Part: Visitors will get to know Giulietta and Romeo more deeply, conversing with them and confronting their images represented in two interactive monitors.
4th Part: Visitors attend the live performance in which Giulietta tells her story immersed in a virtual setting that represents the historical places in which the
tragedy was set.
