The Nicolis family will guide you through the winery, explaining the production process from grapes' crushing to bottling, walking through the grapes' drying room and the aging cellar.
The tasting includes 5 wines paired with local bread and cured meats, slivers of Grana cheese, and shortcrust pastry. The wines you will taste are:
