Guided tour of the Legnago City Museum
The CAA today represents an extraordinary place for the collection, conservation and valorisation of the archaeological heritage of the entire Veronese Plain. The exhibition itinerary winds through four large rooms that allow visitors to discover the evolution of human presence from the Ancient Neolithic (5th millennium B.C.) to the Late Iron Age (2nd-1st century B.C.) with a significant appendix dedicated to the Roman period. It is housed in an ancient and fascinating military structure, erected in the early 19th century by the Austrians and used as a military hospital.
The Museum is located in Legnago at Via E. Fermi, 10.
On the first Sunday of every month we hold guaranteed visits, come and see us!
