"ovi, farina e... onto de gombio!"
At Caprini's fresh pasta school For this summer the Trattoria Caprini opens its doors to all those who want to learn how to make fresh handmade pasta on the field.
The course lasts for about two hours, where you learn to make a dough, roll out the dough with the use of a rolling pin and cut it to obtain different types of pasta; ends with the tasting of the prepared lasagna.
The cost is € 75.00 per person and includes:
- 2 hours of theoretical and practical lessons with chef Davide Bonaldi
- The apron of Trattoria Caprini
- Final lunch or dinner based on fresh pasta accompanied by Valpolicella wine
