Un'Ora di Musica

From Sunday, October 27, the 20th season of the chamber festival "Un'Ora di Musica" will be celebrated, the concert of the historic Maffei Quartet, with 5 musical proposals and many exceptional guests.

The festival, sponsored by the City of Verona, has as its primary objective the knowledge of chamber literature in the different musical styles that have characterized our musical culture.

Programm:

- 27 October 2024, Harlequin Quartet, surprise concert by the Maffei Quartet

- 10 November 2024, Schubert's Quintet, with Luca Fiorentini on cello and Maffei Quartet, music by Webern and Schubert

- 1 December 2024, The song of the Swan, with the tenor Tommaso Rossato, at the piano Matteo Cazzadori and with the storyteller Stefano Soardo, on music by Schubert

- 9 February 2025, The Shostakovich Quintet, with Quartetto Maffei and on piano Fabiano Casanova, music by Shostakovich

- 30 March 2025, Quartetto Maffei and Pepito Ros, with Pepito Ros on saxophone and Quartetto Maffei, music by Bruch and Busch

All concerts are held on Sundays at 11.00 a.m. at the Teatro Fucina Culturale Machiavelli.
